Overshoot and vibration prevention
Acceleration/deceleration time
S-curve characteristic switching achieves smooth acceleration and deceleration.
Through feedforward control, a vibration-free, overshoot-free speed response is achieved.

Adjustment of the speed controller (ASR) is also easy.
Torque ripple is reduced compared with our previous products, achieving smooth operation with a smooth, shock-free comfortable feel.
High-performance load-sensorless starting torque compensation
With high-performance load-sensorless starting torque compensation (advanced rollback prevention function*) and a high-resolution absolute encoder, the shock when the brake is released can be reduced without adding a load sensor. The control signals of the load sensor can be simplified, and complicated adjustment is not required.
Rollback prevention: changing the control method makes adjustment easier.
Further shorten control time and improve responsiveness.
*Rollback prevention function: a torque compensation function that eliminates speed fluctuation when the brake is released and prevents vibration.
Stopping distance control
The inverter automatically calculates the stopping distance and performs positioning in the shortest possible time, thereby shortening positioning time.
Star contactor control function
Equipped with a motor line-to-line star contactor control function, replacing conventional main board control, to prevent arcing problems caused by poor timing between the main contactor and the star contactor.
Controls the motor line-to-line star contactor to prevent short circuits in the inverter output.
*This is a function for PM motors. Therefore, it cannot be used for induction motors.

Light-load direction search function
With the light-load direction search function, UPS power consumption during rescue operation can be minimized.
