In addition to the features of the standard GA700 inverter, the dedicated product also has the following functions:
Rich PID functions
Compared with the single PID function of general-purpose inverters, the dedicated product has more than 2 sets of PID parameters; it can be switched not only via terminals, but also flexibly achieve linear PID adjustment according to process requirements, easily solving tension control problems during tension building, large/small rolls, and high/low speeds.
Comprehensive torque control
Compared with the simple torque control of general-purpose inverters, the dedicated product has a complete tension control system; whether it is tension reference or internal torque conversion, it automatically performs various torque compensations without complex calculations by an external PLC, well meeting the requirements of customers' actual winding/unwinding equipment.
Roll diameter calculation function
One of the core elements of tension control, same as mainstream practices on the market, the dedicated product calculates the current roll diameter through the relationship between linear speed and angular speed, and converts discrete signals into continuously changing actual roll diameter through variance sampling, providing convenience for subsequent tension control and monitoring.
