Shorten operating cycles and improve quality
The high-performance inverter incorporating Yaskawa's advanced technology offers a rich set of crane-specific functions. It is highly beneficial for improving and enhancing work efficiency.
Speed-up operation under light load
With the "light-load speed-up function," an operating speed matched to the load can be achieved. Under light load, operation at up to 6 times speed is possible, shortening the operating cycle of cranes with long lifting heights, such as construction cranes.
Anti-sway function
An "anti-sway function" is built in to suppress cargo swaying during traversing. Since the load does not sway, it can be lowered more quickly, which helps shorten the operating cycle.
Equipped with functions such as initial setting of crane motion axes, it pursues ease of use. It can effectively improve operability and work efficiency at various work sites.
3-motor switching function
One inverter can switch and control 3 motors. It supports brake sequence control for each axis, allowing the inverter previously required for each axis to be reduced to one, which is used by switching axes, reducing the number of inverters. Furthermore, in the unlikely event of an inverter failure, another axis can be used for alternative operation, shortening downtime.
Skew prevention
High-precision control according to the machine's operating status enables stable traveling and operation.
Load balancing function
Even without an encoder, the load of each drive can be equalized.
Synchronous control
Synchronous control eliminates positional deviation when two hoists lift a load.
No equipment or control for suppressing skew is required.
