NMRV and NMRVpower worm gearboxes represent advanced solutions for current market demands in terms of efficiency and flexibility. The new NMRVpower series is also suitable for compact helical/worm gear applications and has been designed with a modular approach: a small number of basic models already cover a wide range of rated powers, ensuring excellent performance, with gear ratios ranging from 5 to 1000.

• The modern-design housings are uniformly made of die-cast aluminum alloy; the fasteners can weigh up to 110 g, while G200 grey cast iron parts can reach 130 g and 150 g.

• Gear ratios are between 5 and 100.

• Max. torque: 1,550 Nm, Max. permissible radial load: 18,000 N

• The aluminum alloy units are filled with synthetic base lubricant and can be mounted in any position without changing the lubricant quantity.

• The worm is made of quenched steel, and the gear wheel is made of bronze Cu Sn12 Ni2 (UNI7013-10).

• ZI (UNI4760) worms are precision-ground.

• Load capacity is verified according to: ISO 14521, DIN 3996, BS 721, AGMA 6034, ISO 6336, DIN 3990, DIN 743, ISO 281.

• From size 030 onward, all gearboxes are epoxy powder-coated in RAL 5010 blue.

• For NMRV040/NMRV050 models, the HA31 reducer preload torque is used; for the NMRV-P series, HW 030/040 is used.

• Worm gearboxes are available in the following combinations: NMRV+NMRV, NMRVpower+NMRV, NRV+NMRV, NRVpower+NMRV, HA31+NMRV, HW/NMRVpower, IHW/NMRVpower.
