• The KJF Series tunnel jet fans are made of high-strength materials and are suitable for tunnel ventilation applications, such as traffic tunnels, underground buildings, utility tunnels, etc.

• Reversible airflow direction is available (97–100% reversibility).

• Thrust performance has been tested and complies with AMCA 250 standards.

• Suitable for high temperatures up to 400°C/2 hours, with EN 12101-3 certification provided by globally renowned third-party testing and certification organization TÜV SÜD.

• All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced and comply with ISO 1940 and AMCA 204 - G2.5 standards.

• Casing

  The casing is made of high-quality carbon steel plate with a thickness of 4 mm or more, suitable for tunnel/underground environments.

• Blades

  Specially designed homogeneous aluminum alloy airfoil blades with high yield strength, suitable for high-pressure applications and thermal shock during fire.

• Structural Support

  The fan support is made of high-strength steel plate and can withstand static and dynamic loads during fan operation.

• Surface Treatment

  All carbon steel components can be hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
